I have been photographing on the streets of London since 2021, starting with a 50mm lens and after a year or so mostly with a 28mm. Of course, as I got my PhD in Vienna (in Architecture) and was looking for academic jobs all over the Europe and North America, suitability for street photography was not a selection criterion for me. But, I am now fully appreciative of my luck that I ended up in London – such a great city for a street photographer!
